Actions run from the UI crash (logs truncated, no error information provided)
This may occur on Discovery, Simulation or Sync.
Check the following:
a) Are you running v2.8.x?
b) Did you run via UI (dirweb or IIS) ? (as opposed to console/shell)
c) Is console logging level set to 3 or higher?
If the above 3 are TRUE, you’ve run into a known bug which is fixed in v2.9.
The bug is causing any action run from the UI to crash when Console logging is set to 3 or higher.
Upgrade to v2.9 or apply the following workaround.
In all connections, go to the General tab “Logs” section. Is the Console level set to 3 or higher? If so, reduce to 2 and Save. Try the action in the UI again. It should now complete successfully.
