What does EOL mean to you?

If you are currently running a version of UnitySync other than our latest v2.8, we urge you to plan your upgrade now. Taking care of your upgrade now can alleviate issues before they occur, keeping your UnitySync processes seamless and reliable.

Is there any other benefit to upgrading?

UnitySync v2.8 incorporates LDIF error checking, which helps prevent potential mass deletion issues associated with low server disk space. Running any other previous version of UnitySync, particularly without other failsafe measures in place to alert you to disk space issues on the installation server, is not recommended.

Am I eligible for an upgrade?

If you are an existing customer with a current software maintenance contract, you are entitled to free software upgrades and support for your product. Please go to our Downloads page to request the software download and be sure to review the Release Notes which include the upgrade instructions.

If you are an existing customer, but your maintenance contract has expired, you may request a renewal by contacting sales@dirwiz.com. Once you have reinstated maintenance, you will be eligible for upgrades and support.
