Objects successfully update in Active Directory after Sync, but Outlook does not appear to update

This problem is related to an known Active Directory (AD) issue. Details of this issue, and the recommended workaround, were provided by a client who successfully fixed this problem in their environment (Outlook 2003) using the information outlined at the following link:
