Do I need an Admin account for o365 Discovery and Sync?

When syncing to an Office 365 (O365) tenant, we strongly recommend you make your UnitySync User Login an O365 Administrator, particularly when initially setting up a new connection.

Without proper permissions, the most common errors you may encounter on discover or sync are:

Get-MailUser Get-Contact Set-Contact (et al) is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.
