Real time monitoring & long term logging for emPass Central server and Agents

As of v2.0.3, A central syslog server is supported for real time monitoring and long term logging of communication between the Central Server and Agents.

For installation and testing, emPass includes a local syslog server \bin\dirlog.exe on the emPass Server and Agent. (Dirlog only facilitates real time monitoring, not logging).

Final configuration of emPass requires a Central Syslog Server be installed on the Central Server and Agent(s). This facilitates real time monitoring and long term logging.

Syslog output uses standard syslog severity/priority error/info levels.
