In Active Directory Users & Computers, on the E-mail Address tab, there is a check box that reads:
Automatically update email addresses based on Recipient Policy.
By default, UnitySync does not set this attribute. Generally, your Ex20xx policies are set to enable this option on all newly created objects, including those objects created by UnitySync.
If for some reason synced objects are not getting this setting enabled automatically, or if synced objects have been manually modified to disable this option, you may use custom mapping to force the setting to enabled for all synced objects.
- First follow the instructions for creating a custom map file.
- In UnitySync add the following lines to your custom map file:
msExchPoliciesIncluded=\{95D14D2E-CA7F-4854-8725-5DFC01C5C854},\{26491CFC-9E50-4857-861B-0CB8DF22B5D7}
Next time you Synchronize this connection, the change to your map file will trigger modification on all objects. All synced objects should then have this option enabled.
