o365 Sync error: The operation couldn't be performed be cause object (object) couldn't be found on (server)

This error may occur on a sync to o365. The error indicates a previously synced o365 contact has been manually deleted from the o365 directory.

An enhancement is available in v4.6.44 that will allow the sync to readd he missing contacts. Upgrading to the fixed version is the preferred solution.

Otherwise, for any prior version, the only way to force the reAdd is to run the Recovery Procedure.
