How can I upload large log files to Support?

You may upload your log files to our upload site here: dirwiz.us/upload

Please note that it is not necessary to zip files before sending them. Our upload process automatically zips your files. If you must zip files prior to sending (for faster upload), please do not use .rar format.

Once your file has been uploaded, send an email to support@dirwiz.com to let us know and also elaborate on the problem you’d like help troubleshooting.
