Error executing config.cgi

Internet Information Services (IIS) 7 and IIS 8 require setting Handler Mappings for CGI-exe. Without this set, you will receive errors executing config.cgi. Instructions are included in the Web Server Configuration so it should have been completed when initially setting up your program. Please refer to the Technical White Paper for detailed instructions, or follow the simplified steps below:

  1. Go to IIS > Handler Mappings
  2. Right click CGI-exe > Edit Feature Permissions > check Execute > OK
  3. Right click CGI-exe > Change Request Path to *.cgi > OK
  4. Reload config.cgi.
